cb608ab29f MassManager: get rid of WIN32_LEAN_AND_MEAN. 
Corrade's pedantic flags take care of it.

fc9d898c54 Add MassManager and move backend stuff to it. 
This is a big commit, but a necessary one, as too many things were
intertwined. As a result, the code is now cleaner.
